ARC Owner and Master Automobile Technician, Teddy V. Chen, has been in the auto repair business for thirty years and counting. He has been recognized continuously for his unrelenting commitment to excellence and professionalism in automotive repair as demonstrated by achieving continuous ASE recertification for over 25 years.

Before ARC emerged, Teddy had been employed by Sears Tire & Auto Center and was awarded, in 1982 and 1983, the Mechanic Award of the Year, Mechanic Performance Award, and Mechanic Award of the Month for outstanding productivity and performance. Since then, he had built ARC from the ground up and has not only been known for providing exceptional auto service to his many customers but also for his civic spirit participation and community service support during the KGOL Drunk Driving Campaign and KGOL Child Abuse Campaign. Furthermore, he has received numerous certifications, some of which include but are not limited to the Advanced Level, Master Automobile Technician, and Undercar Specialist certifications, awarded by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.

Aside from his business, Teddy is happily married to his wife Sherry of twenty-seven years and who, together, have two daughters, Christine and Kelly.
