We also believe that maintaining great customer relations and customer satisfaction
is integral to our business. We feel that it is imperative to not only consistently
meet your expectations but also to exceed them and continuously work towards improving
customer service.
Our independently owned facility abides by the Code of Responsible Automotive Servicing
Practices:
- Recommend corrective and maintenance services and explain to the customer which
of these are required now to correct existing problems and which are for preventing
maintenance.
- Offer customer a price estimate for work to be performed.
- Obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing or by other means satisfactory
to the customer.
- Notify customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.
- Furnish and itemize invoice for parts and services, priced fairly, which clearly
identifies any used or remanufactured parts. Replaced parts may be inspected upon
request.
- Furnish or post copies of any warranties covering parts or services.
- Maintain customer service records for one year or more.
- Exercise reasonable care for the customer's property while it is being serviced.
- Maintain a system for fair settlement of customers' complaints.
- Cooperate with established consumer complaint mediation activities.
